Overnight Stay!
Overnight Stay Policy at Masjid Al Madina (MAC)
As a matter of policy, overnight stays at the masjid are not permitted at any time throughout the year. However, an exception may be made for traveling groups engaged in dawah activities, such as Tablighi Jama'ah, provided they follow the outlined procedures. It is absolutely essential to obtain prior approval from the Chair of the Shura at least one week before the group's intended arrival.
This permission could be obtained by sending an email to general@macnc.org and ans5502@yahoo.com with the following information:
1) Names, phone numbers, and addresses of all the members of the group.
2) Copies of drivers license, and numbers of at least three members of the group.
3) Arrival time and date as well as departure time and date.
The above policies will be strictly adhered to at all times.
Please do not make any plans to come to the Masjid without permission of the Shura Chair.
We will not be able to process any requests on the day of arrival regardless of the circumstances.
